Most AI products don't fail because the technology is bad. They fail because the experience is just slightly off — and no one on the team can see it anymore.
I can.
After 5+ years designing AI products — including Sage at Workera (featured on TechCrunch, +22% MAU, NPS of 87) and enterprise platforms at Degreed and ABN AMRO — I know exactly where AI products lose people, and how to fix it fast.
Clients including Bank of America, American Airlines, Samsung, and Federal Agencies.
I don't do vague feedback. I tell you exactly what's broken and exactly how to fix it.

Common questions
What product stages do you audit?
Best for working products with real users, even beta. Too early if pre-product with mockups only. If you have 100k+ users, you likely need a full-time designer.
What types of AI products?
LLM-powered products, conversational AI, agentic systems, AI assistants, enterprise AI tools. Not a fit for pure consumer apps, gaming, or social media.
What information should we provide you?
1. Access to your product/flow and credentials. Prototypes and test accounts are good. 2. Flows to focus on. 3. Your main goal as a business for the upcoming 3–6 months and ICP. 4. Desired brand image or public profile. PLEASE NOTE: The more information you share, the more targeted and focused insights will be. If you are not quite sure about any of the above, I will give you expert tips on how to identify those.
What if I disagree with your feedback?
The audit is advisory. I explain the reasoning behind every recommendation so you can make informed decisions.
How long does it take?
72 business hours from intake. Submit Monday morning, receive Thursday afternoon.
Can I get a refund?
There is no money-back guarantee, as I am putting hours and my expertise into every case study. I am open to discuss where I can improve and equally ready to give feedback about our collaboration as well.
What about ongoing help?
I offer ongoing help, but due to scheduling and other commitments there is no guarantee we will find the time that works for both sides. I highly recommend to use the Skills.md file. In the meantime I am working on a product design playbook to feed your coding agents, so that you won’t need ongoing design support until you reach a mature state to actually hire a designer.
Can you help in identifying what kind of designer profile we need?
Yes, no matter which tier you choose, I can help you identify the designer profile and where to look for them to save you time and costs on hiring and recruiting.
What if this is too basic for us?
This is based on patterns I’ve seen across enterprise AI products, not generic UX heuristics.
What happens after I pay?
After checkout, you’ll receive a short form to share your product. I’ll get started immediately.
Is this just a one-off?
Many teams use this as a starting point before deeper work—but it’s valuable on its own.
You already built
something that works.
Now make it feel right.
Expert eyes on your product in 72 hours. No calls. No commitment. No hiring. Strategy and practical steps that work.
